NATIONAL URBAN CONSTRUCTION- OUR ASK

National Urban Construction does the following:

We partner with Cities, Counties, Non-profits, Educational Institutions, Private Developers, Landowners and Religious Institutions who provide Land for us to develop a project they desire or one In which we can maximize the ROI for the landowner as a Joint Venture.


We then submit a project using the Land, Market Study, Survey, Design Concepts and Proforma for funding. 

Banking Partners who will do the following:

We seek financial institutions to provide the following:


1) 25% of the land value for pre- development work.

2) 15%% of the land value for soft cost.

3) 30% of the land value for permitting and land development. This includes platting.


We then will ask the financial institution for a constructions loan and a permanent loan depending on the type and size of the project.
